How to submit a return request
Use this link to start a return: Returns Portal
Click the profile icon in our shop's menu, or go to our return policy or returns page and start your request there.
- Sign in to your account:
a. Enter your email address in the "Email" field and click "Continue".
b. Open the message from us in your email inbox and copy the six-digit confirmation code.
c. Go back to the online shop and enter the six-digit code. - Klicke bei der entsprechenden Bestellung auf „Rückgabe anfragen".
a. Falls deine Bestellung mehrere Artikel enthält, wähle aus, welche du zurückgeben möchtest.
b. Wähle einen Rückgabegrund aus und hinterlasse uns bei Bedarf eine kurze Notiz.
c. Klicke auf „Rückgabe anfragen".
Sobald deine Anfrage genehmigt ist und ein Versand nötig ist, erhältst du von uns eine E-Mail mit Versandhinweisen und einem Rücksendelabel. Nachdem wir den Artikel erhalten haben, bekommst du deine Rückerstattung.
